This morning we traveled to Linton, IN for the largest 4th of July parade in the state. It was quite an exciting event for the kids, from the LOUD firetrucks, to the clowns and floats, to the candy being tossed out by participants. On the way home we stopped for lunch and playtime at Burger King-- another very exciting thing for the kiddos. After naps and dinner we had a special Dairy Queen treat- Samuel had his first shake and LOVED it- he hardly took his mouth off the straw! Then more fireworks at our house before bed. Whew-- what a fun day!
