April Fools

On Easter night the kids each planted a jelly bean just to see what would happen... Emma was sure that a jelly bean tree would grow... she even water the beans before going to bed.

What the awoke to:

Nathan knew what was going to happen, but was still excited to go out and "pick" the suckers.  Emma was beside herself with wonder and amazement.  We let her stew for a couple of hours and then finally fessed up... She asked if we put the suckers in the ground and we sad, "April Fool's!"  We purposely hadn't reminded them of the date.

We were pretty easy on them the rest of the day.  

Just a simple lunch of pizza and grape juice:

 (yellow cake, strawberry jam, shredded white chocolate, and fruit roll-up pepperoni's)

We finally got Samuel to eat pizza without barfing.  :)
