The other day I asked Emma to keep Samuel company in the bathroom for a few minutes and she said, "I'll read to him!" She picked up this book and I commented that she probably really could read it to him... (she had meant to just talk to him about the pictures in it). A few minutes later she ran out to tell me that she had truly read every word of it! She was SO proud!
A site from another day when Lucas wanted to "snuggle" with Emma... she read to him from her Tinkerbell comic book.
It's so neat to see her confidence increasing and the realization that reading can be fun!
