This winter has been so disappointing for our snow-loving family.
We actually haven't had this LITTLE snow since I989!
Our total for Dec and January was a 1/2 an inch!
On Feb 1st we woke up to about a half an inch of snow on the ground. Big beautiful flakes were falling from the sky and the temperature was rising rapidly. We got right out and in the snow/rain for about an hour, and still made it to church on time.
The next day we had another small snowfall and by the time the kids got outside after lunch it was a slushy mess, but they still enjoyed it.
A few days ago we had one more snow. I think they snow total for February is a whole INCH so far.
I'm getting used to washing muddy snow pants and scarves...
