Since Emma's birthday is in the summer after school is out, she got to choose a day to have as her pretend birthday at school! She chose this last Wednesday. We got special cupcakes from this really cool cupcake place and Emma picked the variety of flavors she wanted to take. She also chose pink lemonade because pink is her favorite color and she wore a special outfit that look very "birthday-ish". Mom brought the snacks and stayed for the celebration at school, afterwards reading books to the class and hanging out until school was over. What fun!
