This month JCPenney is giving free haircuts to school aged children. We decided to take advantage of this great offer so Emma, Nathan, and I went Monday night. What we didn't know is that they were in cahoots with the portrait studio across the hall who was offering free 8x10's to each child who got their hair cut. The kids wanted to have their pictures taken so we did. I was reminded of why we no longer go there... waiting, waiting, and more waiting... We almost left several times, as this was right at dinnertime and we hadn't planned to be gone so long, but finally it was our turn. They only took a few shots of each child so we were in and out fairly quickly once we got in.

Yes, I am in one. None of us were really dressed for pictures, but thankfully we weren't too ratty. When Emma saw that it was a male photographer, she got nervous and wanted me to be with her. She did well after that.
