I will catch up all the other stuff later because for now I want to focus on our trip to DISNEY!
We had a glorious 10 day vacation! Our Disney days were much fewer than that but they were full and packed with awesome memories!
We left for Florida after picking Nathan up from school on a Friday and drove late into the night (really early morning due to some construction that slowed us down).
Lucas is usually a really good sleeper in the car, but he had some trouble staying asleep during this drive. I felt so bad for him!
We stopped at a hotel just south of Atlanta. The older three slept in a bed together-- it was a good thing they were super tired!
We had a great breakfast there before hitting the road again.
It was a truly beautiful drive!
Emma and Nathan both did a bit of homework in the car. Nathan missed four days of school with this trip and we are keeping Emma on the same schedule so their breaks are always the same). They all did great with such a long drive!
After a quick stop to pick up a few groceries we arrived at our resort in Kissimmee, FL around dinnertime.

The kids were thrilled with our three bedroom, two bath, townhouse. Lucas immediately loved the wooden fish... he and Nathan shared a room downstairs (as the two who usually like to sleep in) and Samuel & Emma shared a room upstairs since they are our early risers and play well together while the rest of us sleep.
We took them out for a late swim at the pool (really, there were two pools, a hot tub, and a kiddie pool with a mushroom fountain). They slept really well that night!
