Amazing
God
God
is amazing,
more
than anyone else.
He
lives in good Heaven,
not
bad Hell.
While
some people hate Him,
Others
embrace Him.
He's
our heavenly father
whom
we cannot see,
But
we know in our hearts
He's
as real as can be.
Oops!
I caught the Easter Bunny!
On
the day before Easter, I set a trap for squirrels because I wanted
one for a pet. I had been trying to catch one for months but they
are too fast! I had no idea that my trap would soon be used for more
than catching squirrels!
Late
in the night I heard a noise. It was the sound of my trap snapping
but I was too tired to get up and see what it was. In the morning,
our Easter baskets were right where we left them, and they were
empty! I looked outside to see if the candy was hidden there, and
what did I see? I saw the Easter Bunny tangled up in my squirrel
trap! “Oh my goodness!” I said. I ran outside and set him free
as quickly as I could. I felt so sorry!
I
went back inside with my family and told them what happened. We
closed our eyes and counted to one hundred while the Easter Bunny
filled our baskets. Back outside we ran right to the baskets and
looked at all the surprises. In my basket there was a note that
said, Please take a break from catching squirrels when Easter is
near. Love, The Easter Bunny. There
was a fluffy, brown, stuffed squirrel behind the note. I picked him
up and hugged him tightly.

I was lucky to enter any photos in the fair this year as things have been so busy! It wasn't my best year, but I can't complain about the three ribbons I won.
Lucas thought he may have earned an extra ride since he got such an important ribbon!
