This week our youngest three had a special visit with Santa Claus. Samuel and Emma were really ready to see him! Samuel ran right to him and hopped up on his lap. They had a nice chat about what Samuel wants for Christmas (just last week he changed his mind from a candy cane to Thomas & Friends Billy). Santa asked me if we "had a minute" and when I said yes, he told the kids a story about finding the elves playing with Billy instead of doing their work! Samuel thought that was pretty cool!
Emma decided that since she is "big" she would stand beside Santa and let the little boys sit on his lap. Santa chatted with her about receiving her letter and knowing that she truly IS "nice" most of the time.
Lucas was interested in this man with a white beard. Periodically he would gaze up at Santa's face and you just could tell he was wondering about all that white fuzz!
We had a lovely visit and after pictures Santa gave them coloring books and read to them "The Night Before Christmas". What a guy!
