We always look forward to seeing the Live Nativity this time of year. We missed it last Christmas because {believe it or not} it was snowed out on the night we planned to go.
It was a cold evening but we stayed toasty snuggled together with blankets. What a great way to remember the true reason for this season!
Afterwards, as we got ready to leave Emma looked up at the sky and said, "Look Mom, there's a Jesus star!" I turned and sure enough there was one star in the sky that shone extra bright.
