Thankful

Our Thanksgiving holiday began with the stomach flu...
Brian and I took turns staying with sick Emma while the other hung out at my Mom's with the rest of the family.  The next day felt more like Thanksgiving since we were able to celebrate (all 6 of us) with everyone feeling fine {at least until the middle of the night}.
With my family, there is always some element of silliness, goofiness, or just plain hysterics when we get together.  Usually there is no shortage of laughter even to the point of tears and Thanksgiving was no exception.
There was the scary old doll that somehow found her place at the table and later spied on Jenna and Rachel.  She was in our family picture also:

The above is a composite... since we weren't all together any one time.

Then, there was the GIJoe...
Really though, we enjoyed each others company so much and shared lots of love while together (and a few sick germs too-  oops!)

A concert the day after... with Samuel really jammin!
