So Thankful!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family.  It was great to all be together under one roof after so many months.  We enjoyed all the usual things... yummy food, time to chat and hang out, hugs and more hugs, football, wii games, silliness, lots of laughter and so much more.  I love to watch our younger kids soaking up the love and attention of their older cousins, aunts, and uncles, and Grandma of course.  I couldn't ask for a better family.

During Thanksgiving week we made some special yummy treats:

And we had a special visitor (3 1/2 year old Ava) with us for most of the week:
Emma really enjoyed having another girl in the house!

Brian and I took three of our kids plus 2 nieces and 2 nephews to see Frozen.  It was awesome!
This was Samuel's FIRST MOVIE IN A THEATER!  We usually wait on this until they are five-years-old, but this movie looked so good and we didn't want him to miss out!
He chowed on popcorn and loved the whole experience!

His favorite thing seemed to be sitting on one person's lap after another...  he made his rounds on seven of us at least twice!

All in all it was a great week!
