We told Emma she could get up at 7am (and then we would wake up the boys).
Grandma was waiting for us in the kitchen to join in the early morning excitement!

We gave each of the kids four presents this year... something {you} want, something {you} need, something to wear, and something to read. It was a good experience for all... we loved seeing them excited and satisfied with fewer gifts and our Christmas morning was not overwhelming or too chaotic.
Santa brought them each a gift too of course.
